My Story So Far: Just like me, most manatees are slow and gentle giants, with some reaching up to 13 feet long and weighing as much as 1,300 pounds! Thankfully we are also very graceful in the water, and we subsist only on plants that grow under the water on along the water’s edge. We can eat as much as 1 pound of food for every 10 pounds we weigh.

What I’m Looking For: A gentle little friend to take me with them everywhere they go.
