Adoption Archive
Welcome to the living record of Bunny Bin rescues that have been adopted, a place that honors the toys that found homes and the stories that followed them there. Our mission is to preserve where they came from, connect generations that love them, and build a community around the simple truth that secondhand never means second-best.
If you've adopted from us, we want to know how they're doing. Submit a photo, share an update, and tell us where they landed.
UPDATE FROM BALTO: I've been adopted! “Balto has become a favorite comfort friend for my grandson. They sleep snuggled together under the blankets every night.”
My Story So Far: I’m a malamute with a thick coat, a strong stride, and a spirit for big adventures. There’s a spark in me from generations of loyal sled dogs who braved icy trails and guided travelers home. In my dreams, I charge through drifts of powder, ears alert, and heart steady.
What I’m Looking For: Someone who wants a loyal companion, a dog with courage in his stuffing, even if he’s a little smushed from too many cuddles.

UPDATE FROM NOODLE: I've been adopted! Elly and I both got adopted at Duckling Day!! Now we live with a three-year-old little friend in Medway, Massachusetts. It’s been ssssssssso nice being home. There are lotssss of placesssssss for me to hang around, like this banister, but my favorite is the trellissss in our lovely quiet garden when the sssssun comes out. I can keep a close eye on all the leafy greensss popping up, and I’ve already noticed some that match my scalesssss!
My Story So Far: I’m a strong and curious snake, but I only emerge when I know it’s safe. You can tell by my coloring I come from the jungle—my green and brown stripes look like branches and leaves, helping to keep me well camouflaged until I decide I want to be seen.
What I’m Looking For: A friend who may be a bit shy like me, but knows that we can be brave and achieve anything, as long as we are together.
Size: Classic Companion

UPDATE FROM ELLY: I've been adopted! Noodle and I both got adopted at Duckling Day!! Now we live with a three-year-old little friend in Medway, Massachusetts. Noodle has been hanging out in all his favorite places like the garden, but I’ve found even more stuffies to play and cuddle with while our friend is at daycare. Here is a cozy picture with me, puppy, otter, and Daniel. I’m also thrilled to report that our new little friend loves the environment and is already learning lots and lots about animals like me and how to help protect us!
My Story So Far: Most elephants are so big that all of the time they spend eating, treading, digging, and watering literally changes the landscape around them—helping to diversify plants and seeds, and keep the soil fertile. I am a little smaller, but I still helped keep the environment around me beautiful by being made of recycled materials.
What I’m Looking For: A little friend who cares deeply about nature and wants to help protect our amazing world with all the creatures in it.
Size: Classic Companion
Notable Features: Made of recycled plastic bottles by The Petting Zoo.
