We want every Bunny Bin rescue to find the right home.
If your rescue isn’t quite the friend you expected, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the toy must be in the same condition in which it was received. Because each rescue is carefully prepared for its next home, items that have been heavily used after delivery may not be eligible for a refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with the order.
Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
Because each Bunny Bin rescue is unique, exchanges may not always be possible, but we’re happy to help you find another friend if available.

Each Bunny Bin rescue is carefully packed and sent on its way to a new home.
Orders typically ship within 7–10 business days. As a one-woman operation, a little extra time helps ensure every toy is prepared and packed with care before it begins its next adventure.
Shipping rates are as follows:
$9.95 flat-rate shipping for most orders
$19.95 shipping for oversized items
Free shipping on orders over $99
At this time, The Bunny Bin ships within the United States only.
In keeping with The Bunny Bin’s mission to reduce waste, we often reuse clean, gently used shipping boxes and packing materials whenever possible. Your package may arrive in a previously reused box, but everything inside will be carefully protected.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your rescue on its journey.
